If you are listing a lot of products each day, then you might find yourself using up your Ad-Lister image space quite quickly.
Once you reach your image space limit, you will not be able to upload new images to Ad-Lister.
If you have reached your image space limit, you have two options:
1. Upgrade your Ad-Lister license to accommodate more image space
2. Clean up unused images using the image manager in Ad-Lister
To upgrade your Ad-Lister account, you will have to contact our support staff and let them know that you wish to upgrade your
Ad-Lister license.
To clean up unused images, you will have to navigate to the Media section in Ad-Lister.
On the Media page, you will see all of your image files and folders:
You can see that there are 3 types of images:
Images that have a green link underneath their name - this means that the images are linked to Active listings on eBay and that you should think twice before deleting them
Images that have a grey link underneath their name - these images are linked to products that are Not active listings on eBay, meaning that they are linked to products that are not listed or have ended.
Images that do not have any links underneath their name - this means that the images are not linked to any product and that you can delete them.
To delete the images, all you have to do is to tick the box next to their name, click on +More Actions and then hit the Delete button
