Failed to list a product on eBay

Why do some products fail to list on eBay from Ad-Lister?

When listing products on eBay you might not get it right from the first try. 

Sometimes you might miss some vital piece of information that is needed to create a listing on eBay and you try to list the product from Ad-Lister and it returns an error.

In this case, you should see a red Failed to list box in the product grid next to your listing:

How can I fix the failed to list error?

The first step would be to check the error message. To do that, you will have to click on the red Failed to list box.

You will be taken to the listing overview page and in the History table, you will be able to see the error message:

In this case, you will have to make sure that the EAN number is valid, once you have corrected the EAN number try listing the product again.
