Creating Support Ticket - Best practices

How to create a detailed support ticket to help us help you better

When creating a support ticket please include the following details:

Store name (You can see it in the top right corner when you are logged in to Ad-Lister)

Describe the problem step by step (example):

I wanted to bulk edit item specifics for 4 products but nothing happened

1. I filtered the products using the X tag

2. I have added values into these fields

3. Pressed Save and revise and nothing happened

4. Here are the SKUs I wanted to modify: xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxx
